The Junior Winners program is a summer day camp program designed to instill a spirit of leadership in children between the ages of six and 12. This engaging program focuses on empowering kids to develop essential life skills, build confidence, and foster teamwork through a variety of fun and interactive activities such as:

• Leadership: Playful games and challenges that teach kids to make good decisions and communicate effectively.

• Team-Building Activities: Awesome group challenges like obstacle courses and treasure hunts to promote teamwork and friendship in kids.

The G-winners program is a self-esteem mentorship program designed to encourage girls from multicultural and low socioeconomic backgrounds to explore their full potential and maintain healthy self-esteem.

This program emphasizes key areas that are the most challenging for young women, especially in the developed world.

Be in love with their body type: In today’s world, social media often shapes how young girls perceive themselves as they compare their bodies to those of influencers and role models. This journey can lead to frustration and, at times, self-doubt as they navigate their own differences. Our program, through its projects and activities, empowers young women to embrace and celebrate their unique bodies. We teach them to appreciate, love, and value themselves without the pressure of comparison, helping them build self-confidence and a positive self-image.

Self-confidence: Building self-confidence in the young generation, especially girls is one of the priorities of Win Together Canada Foundation as they need to be confident so they may be able to face the challenges of life.

Social media: We educate young girls on how to use social media positively and purposefully. Rather than allowing it to become a platform for comparison, we teach them how to leverage social media as a tool for personal growth, learning, and connection.

Education: We empower young girls to unlock their full potential through the transformative power of education. We believe that education is the foundation for personal growth, self-confidence, and future success. This program is designed to guide young men between the ages of 13 and 17 on their journey to adulthood. It focuses on core values that will shape them into confident, responsible, and empowered individuals and emphasizes the development of key qualities that are essential for personal growth and success.
